The Principal reserves the right to refer all incoming students for educational testing. Acceptance is not final until the Principal has all test results.
The Principal reserves the right to decline or accept students into Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Academy. Any student current or new who exhibits symptoms of a learning disability or emotional disturbance will be referred for testing and evaluation. This process will help determine the best course of action to enable a student to reach his/her full potential.
The following documents will be needed when registering your child:
– Child’s Birth Certificate
– Child’s Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
– Child’s Up to Date Immunization Record
– For grades 2-8 final report card from previous school
